Upgrade from ownCloud 10.8.0 to 10.9.0 return the following error :
Repair warning: No marketplace connection: Client error response [url] https://marketplace.owncloud.com/api/v1/platform/10.9.0/apps.json [status code] 403 [reason phrase] Forbidden
This is a known behavior caused by missing ownCloud Marketplace API key. If no other error has been displayed following your upgrade process, simply do the following steps :
1. Create a ownCloud Marketplace account:
2. Within your account portal, copy the key under “Your personal API Key” ;
3. Login to your ownCloud installation ;
3.1. On the upper left corder, click on the three horizontal bars ;
3.2. Click on the Marketplace (cart) icon ;
4. In the left menu, locate “SETTINGS” at the bottom and click on “Edit API Key” ;
4.1. Paste your key and click on SAVE.
The error should now be resolved. You may apply apps update if any at this point.
